As a training program for students, OJT is designed to immerse learners in work environments relevant to their area of study in an attempt to learn knowledge on, productivity in, and respect for the workplace. Beyond helping students apply the principles, ideas, and theories learned in the classroom, it enables them to level up their technical skills, knowledge, and attitude towards work.   In addition, On the job training is a program that students take to gain hands-on experience in the workplace and increase employability. The said webinar was entitled as “ReactJS”, with their resource speaker, Mr. Miguel Galace, a Software Enginner from PayMongo. ReactJS Webinar was streamed live via facebook and has been watch by over 150 students and professionals across the whole country. The said webinar was started by the overview of what StackLeague really is, same in their previous sessions. Team Overflow provided the speaker for this webinar, Mr. Vladimer Ace Laguisma, Creatives and Publication of the team.  Reflection/ Learnings about webinar Mr. Laguisma was quite nervous being a resource speaker to the 60+ registered participants of our event, but this is not his first time giving and sharing knowledge to other students and individuals. Being the organizer of the webinar, it was somehow easy than our first webinar, How to Code Together with Python. Basically, conducting our second webinar was a great experience applying all our lessons and preparation that have made in our first-organized webinar. Upskill IT Workshop aims to equip every young people with practical and in-demand skills that are easy to learn because it is actual training and is transferable and monetizable. They are conducting series of workshops, training, and services. The said webinar was conducted via Facebook live in their official Facebook page and over 1000 individuals attended the said webinar.
